INTRODUCTION:
The NW-AR.COM mailing list (NW-AR-List) provides a forum for the discussion of topics and issues related to Northwest Arkansas. Organizations may participate on the list by posting news releases, meeting announcements, action alerts, and so forth. Only list subscribers may post and receive messages. Contact the list owner if you would like to have a message forwarded to the list without having to subscribe.WHAT IS A MAILING LIST?:
A mailing list is a means to communicate, via e-mail, with individuals through an automated agent called a mailing list manager or list server (majordomo is the mailing list manager for the NW-AR-List). Anyone with the ability to send and receive e-mail can participate. When a subscriber sends an e-mail message to the list it gets distributed to all other subscribers. Individuals may participate in a discussion by replying to messages others have posted (or you can just lurk).AGREEMENT:
Subscribers to the NW-AR-List agree to abide by the following terms: Messages posted to the mailing list shall not, to the best of the sender's knowledge, contain any material that infringes any copyright or trademark, that is defamatory, or that is obscene or pornographic.HOW TO SUBSCRIBE:
Send an e-mail to majordomo@nw-ar.com with the following command in the body of your e-mail message:subscribe nw-ar-listHOW TO SEND E-MAIL TO THE LIST: Subscribers wishing to send a message to NW-AR-List (to be distributed to all other subscribers) must address their e-mail message to:
nw-ar-list@nw-ar.comNote: The message must be sent from the original e-mail account you subscribed with, otherwise it will get bounced to the list owner.
HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE:
To remove yourself from the NW-AR-List mailing list, send an e-mail to majordomo@nw-ar.com with the following command in the body of your e-mail message:unsubscribe nw-ar-listNEED HELP?:
