What are objectives? Why no valid: 1)environmental assessment, or 2) business plan? What is makeup of the "balanced" design team for "prototype" park? Why no environmental inventory -- new ecological issues now emerging? What is impact threshold/ protocol? What criteria used? NEPA process? Is there a current feasibility study of cost/benefits for development? What descriptors for development success, or harmful wetland effects Are there cost estimates for per/acre mitigation, if required? Does City have staff qualified to assess wetland vs developable areas? Why no "charrette" or Park design critique or citizen-input process ? What are the differences between the aims of B&T Park and those of the Genesis Research & Development Park -- or those of CMN - or the South Industrial Park?
