Most have dumb names done in a hurry,are unnecessarily cumbersome, and take a long time to download.They are the original working files. So our sympathies if you have a dialup modem like TelecomWatch used until November 2004.. (We started TelecomWatch with a laptop.) We especially apologize for the image-based PDF files, which is the only way we can get some of them from the City.
