CitizensComplaintsWe've added this link specifically to keep track of local complaints, suggestions, and problems related to telecommunications issues. At some point, we will transfer the complaints listed in the TelcomBoardMeetingPackets and collect and index them in the Citizens'Complaint section -- along with the Board policy, when it becomes available. Our aim to establish some sort of descriptor system, so that complaints can be more readily analysed by the Telecom Board and Task Force. (Some Cities write their franchises so that the cable operators are required to list all complaints filed within their company complaint process, along with their disposition of the complaint.) The Watch Master's views on handling complaints, which have not been addressed by the Telecom Board, are found in the link below. |
