CoxFranchise2004

This is the abbreviated Cox franchise agreement that extends the County's 1994 contract for seven more years. It allows Cox to pull the plug on all of Fayetteville's access channels in the county outside of the Fayetteville city limits after January 26, 2005 and substitute the new lineups. The County received little in additional compensation through separate "donations".
