FOIARequestsWatchMaster: All of the following are FOIA files from the offices of the CAO, City Attorney, and Cable Administration, obtained in 2003 --See FOIALettersToCity. The files are basically as received, but we hope to pull into useful format as we gather more information. Thus, after brief scanning, we have attempted only rough descriptions of the contents. but the documents found on each link are as they were delivered from the offices in response to the FOIA requests. Unfortunately all the files are in PDF image format (rather than text) and cannot be searched easily. TelecomWatch sees this Wiki page as a crude attempt at archiving these FOIA files, which also can serve as a demonstration of some new electronic document delivery system services at City Hall. We know of no other place that all of the files have been stored or filed together. The PDF files are a giant digital step forward for the City, but the unsorted and apparently random collection of files also shows the need for a more systematic descriptor system for City files. We apologize for the disorder and lack of a more useful index, and we will provide the City's system when available.
