The Government Access Channel policies are in the Telecom Board monthly packet:NovemberPacket03 The Board reviewed briefly at the November meeting and will discuss more thoroughly at the December meeting. They invited public comment and suggestions for the policies, which include new provisions for citizen requests for channel coverage.
