SeptemberPacket03Telecommunications Board Minutes, September 18,2003 These files are roughly organized around the agenda, and we've tried to give them descriptive names, while keeping them of manageable size. The September packet is divided roughly into ZIP files according file types: docfiles (document files) , imagefiles (various image files such as .jpg and .tif; and PDF (Acrobat reader) files. These are arbitrary divisions and the approximate size of the file is given to help make the files easier to manage in uploading and downloading. The combined zip files represent all files sent to the Telecom Board for consideration at the September 2003 meeting. Some files may have been added at the meeting, also. You can also obtain a copy of the Government Channel videotape of the September 18 Telecom Board meeting, which has been replayed and archived on the Public Access (CAT) channel. Call CAT at 479 444 3433 for details. TelecomWatch hopes to have monthly Telecom Board video tapes available via the WWW in future incarnations,along with related public meetings and news items. That file's at: http://www.accessfayetteville.org/city_government/telecommunications_board/, but is about 4.6 mb. It takes over 30 minutes to download on the Watchmaster's dial up 56k modem. The Telecom Board is aware of the format and content problems and a subcommittee is now working to streamline the procedures.) |
