TaskForceCharge1This rough draft was prepared by Telecom Board Chair Susan Cromwell and City CAO Hugh Earnest for the December 17, 2003 Board Meeting. It served as a basis for Board/City discussion at the January 8, 2003 "workshop" that outlined a purpose and scope for the "Technology and Telecommunications Infrastructure Task Force". The Task Force was proposed in the Cox Agreement approved by the Council in October.
