In addition, we have put placed the link to the cancelled January meeting, which contains the minutes for the December minutes. The minutes for the special January 8, 2004 are not included here. We also are including a recent letter to the Telecom Board requesting follow-up discussions of some items that were not addressed in their December and January meetings, including more recent actions by the City Council.
