WhatIsYourMarchBillChannel positions have continued to change on Watch Master's TV screen, and apparently there's no way to check out what the lineup is supposed to be for Limited Basic Cable rate subscribers. Please let us (and Cox) know if you are experiencing similar switches on either the Limited or Expanded Basic Rate plans. Complaints are also heard by the Telecommunications Board. It's still not clear how and when Cox is required to notify subscribers about changes. TelecomWatch will report the "official" lineups and rates when available. |
